Sex is only a motion unrelated to love. That's why you can buy it. Love of a person comes with time, patience and understanding. Some love is sometimes spontaneous, or it can take time. Sex can be spontaneous and the more time that's put into each motion is what gives each participant the pleasure that comes from the act. But two people can walk away after it and never be in love. Just my $.02 worth.

You can have love without sex and sex without love! But you humans were given the ability so you could fall in love, have sex and procreate!! Or as I say, love makes the world go round but sex is the oil in the machine!!! Just some random thoughts.....

Couples dating have sex all the time, has nothing to do with Love. Many are not in love. It's Lust and pleasuring themselves.. I believe when someone is "pleasuring themselves" it would be self sex, also know as masturbation, and normally isn't within the social construct of dating. But for all I know there could have been a paradigm shift in dating that includes such activities.

Does love need sex to prove and complete it? If you believe it does, then yes it does. If you don't believe it does, then no it doesn't. If you believe it does, but tell yourself it doesn't, then yes it does but it's going to lead to feelings of guilt and relationship problems as you attempt to reconcile the disparity between who you are and who you think you are and force the other person to respond to mixed signals that you may not know you're giving off.
