We have a saying here in the States called 'going postal'. Anytime you break up with someone you must avoid them 'going postal.' 'Going postal' is the person that enters a post office and shoots everyone over bad news. Avoid that, if you can. That is Sad.

IGORFRANK - i like the way you think. Most people are not logical -- personally no matter what my "problem" I make a list of pros and cons On Paper. Look at it a few days. And then I know I made the right choice. When faced with an emergency, I make a mental list as quick as possible.

And then I know I made the right choice. When faced with an emergency, I make a mental list as quick as possible. I grew up learning the value of consideration. I make pros & cons lists all the time for many different subjects. It helps me clarify. On the subject of pros and cons lists (sorry to deviate) I also find it important to make a pros and cos lists from the results of the pros and cons list. As I consider things, everything has a value and I use those lists to whittle down to the most valuable of the valuable. It actually helps me make sound decisions. This is because by making each 'valuable' a consideration for merit over the other valuables, it allows me to keep the priorities straight. |

When you break off a relationship you leave the other person feeling good about themselves. After-all, you spent time with them and at one time, they must have been something worth being in a relationship with? Why is there a need to hurt the ones you loved? Doesn't make much sense, does it? |
