I've recieved mail on yahoo with attachments, but I can't forward these attachments onto othersgrumble. Anyone know how and why? I just have the attachment on my mail. I can read it but not forward it on to others.

You should just hit the forward button and it will do it with the attachments. It always works that way for me.

I save the att to a file...scan it for viruses...then send it again. I will not open an attach that has been fwd more than once...too unsafe

I tried that but it won't work because I can't seem to attach the attachment. The paper clip symbol shoul be black which normally means that it's attached. It doesn't matter what I seem to try. It just won't work. grumble grumble grumble

Mine does the same thing (shows "attachment") but it sends it. Check your sent mail to see if the attachment is there.

right click on the attach...should give a drop down that includes "save to a disc"....that the one I use, and just save it to the c drive. then I pick it u from wherever on the c drive I sent it....usually the desktop

Actually, I love attachments. If it's cute it's like getting a gift in your in-box. I too had not just that problem with Yahoo but also deleting all the other senders, to protect their privacy. From my regular server it is no problem.
