Topic: 100 make sense?

I noticed that I really didn't start to get email or friends until after I had 100 posts under my belt. Is this a rule or just weird? thanks to everyone who has emailed, or chat'ed or became my friend.

I dunno, I had email in <10 posts but I also put myself out there with the first post...no idea if that was crucially instrumental or just dumb friggin luck lol

Actually, in my experience, people generally don't get noticed until they've been here awhile and have posted enough to have established a forum presence. I think it's just that people feel more comfortable dealing with someone who has provided a sense of who they are. I notice that the majority of the people who post complaints like "This site doesn't work!" seem to have been here for three days and have made two posts. I don't think this is a coincidence!

Very true Lex yeppers I agree totally. I also noticed I could kill a thread just by starting it Yeah, I took Princess's advise (as well as many others) and starting using the forums more. I have alot more conversations now, at least on the forums that is...lol.
