Pushing through the thorns and brambles
Scratches cover my arms and face
My clothes torn and ripped
Blood smeared from the scratches
The painful journey is so worth it
Coming free of the thicket
Sun streaming ever so brightly in the clearing
And there you are
Standing in the middle
Just waiting for me
Welcoming me with open arms
Calling out my name
A smile upon your face
Bee's buzzing
Buterflies flitting
Birds chirpping
Flowers scents fill the air
Soft green grass beneath your feet
I run free from the brambles and thorns
To your waiting arms

Awww makes life worth in the end to know
someone is waiting for you.
