Anyone who knows me at all, knows I LOVE football

But it's been pouring here for days .. Ya, I know .. Colorado ... go figure.

And my son's school has decided to go ahead with their wonderful idea of inner-squad scrimmages today. Not only that .. but to have a 'picnic' afterwards?

WTH is wrong with people? I can hear the rain pounding on the roof for goodness sake.

Then they send out an email saying they cancelled the ice-cream social part but still plan on the picnic part ..

get this .. bring your canopies and umbrellas.

WHAT CANOPY???????????????????? I'm a single mom for God's sake. Do I look like I own a friggin TENT or work for a tent rental supply place?




And all you ever hear when they play in these insane weather conditions ..

Ask my son .. he's really INTO football and he was absolutely freezing when he got home last night .. and he's played in snow before.

totally drenched from practice and they had moved all the conditioning inside the gym ..

but we are gonna picnic outside??????????????????

lol...i just brought my son home at 10:30 last nite from having his rotorcuff screwed back together and some bones re-attatched in his shoulder...he says it's my fault cuz when he got drilled the first time i told him to quit being a vagina play some football...he finished the game, but $13,000 later ... i'll just be glad when he stops hurting
