We have noticed a trend in which more and more users are replying in a joking fashion to questions in the two help forums:

We appreciate humor, but the forums above are not the best place for such responses. We want those who are asking for help to get the most accurate information possible. To this end, any reply which does not address the question / issue seriously in these two forums will be deleted. We may or may not notify you of such deletions.
