Pink Snow
As the wind picked Up in a whirl, The tiny pink fades Of blossom and twirl, Gathered embracing, By the tree, Through the path, The street, around me. He could have used anything, To touch my attention. The day had been pulsing, With busy and tension. Chosen, soft petals. Pink, delicate shading. More than a blink. A moment and fading, To take me away, Brighten some more. This fabulous day, what could be more? Piles of pink, Soft blowing sound. Falling like feathers, Covered the ground. Raine Les 6/1/2009 |
