im wwants upgrade of flash player and i did that and it just keeps saying the same thing when i try ti im with someone-why is this happening? and how do i fix it? and why is there no links to contact some kind of tech support department for this sort of thing?

Yea im experiencing the same thing ....they must have someone that checks this stuff ??? i know its a free site cant complain but wish the IM worked
