Hi! Just reread my profile and was tired of all the old things I had written. Not that a whole lot has changedd as I love living a rural life, I have a strong faith in Jesus but am bound to no particular denomination. I am currently attending a wee Lutheran church and am surprised at how much I am enjoying. I guess wherever the spirit truely is feels like home! I have trwo grown sons with their own families and three remarkable grandchildren who are growing up much too quickly! It is nice to live within an hour or so from them and get to play a role in their lives. Animals both domestic and wild are important to me and it is a terrific joy and challenge to work to rescue and rehab or rehome them. It would be lovely to live on an acreage again or right on the edge of a deeply rural lake. Nightclubs and bars are not my thing. Out on a peaceful lake in the evening with no one around but the wildlife sounds about perfect to me. A nice walk on some grid road where the dogs can run and we can talk is also a nice plan. IThe idea of living off the grid has forever fascinated me and is something I am up for. Love action, suspence and even scary movies, along with series like the Vikings, the Crown, the Last kingdom, etc. British and Scandinavian detective series are always a draw and my late nights are filled with Old Time Radio shows interspersed with the podcasts of great bibical teachers/preachers. Not looking to travel the world just find the right fellow for whom I can be the right woman. I do believe in biblical love. Unconditional love built on friendship, shared faith and respect for each other. In this chapter of life there are many adventures still waiting. It would be terrific to share them with, someone who has similar interests. A man I can learn from, lean on, love and give comfort and strength to, laugh with and finish the last part of our walk with Jesus on this side of llife.
