However, I try to remain faithful to the authentic Indonesian traditions, flavor, and ingredient.For me food is not only nourishing but also comforting, loving, fun, pleasurable, stimulating and well-being.Cooking , eating healthy food and staying active have always been in my life, long passion and indeed way of life.
