Let me share a bit of more recent info about my situation. While I grew up on the north side of Columbus, OH. and still have two brothers living in the area, after my father moved permanently to W. Palm Beach in 2014, I decided to divest myself of the assets tying me to central Ohio. This was a conscious strategic decision that I implemented by the end of 2015, so that I could be unencumbered and fully able to pursue a relationship with a special woman I might connect with anywhere she might be. Then in May 2016 my Father passed away at age 90 and I had some duties regarding real estate assets from his estate, including a 10 acre beachfront property on St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. But when Hurricane Maria hit St. Croix in Sept of 2017 and our property suffered some relatively minor damage, including loss of our electric utility weatherhead, and the caretakers abandoned us, I stepped forward. I arrived St. Croix in early 2018 to repair, rehabilitate, redecorate, rebrand (apts into BnB), operate & market the property for sale. Now the property is operating as short-term rentals ala Boutique Hotel, and is listed for sale. So I want to renew my search for a special woman with whom to establish a Life Long Love. And I have a plan for how we could readily evolve our relationship from long-distance to coupleship as our our mutual interest & affection grows.
