I'm a lifetime martial artist. I started in 86. Started instructor apprenticeship in 93. I've been a personal trainer for over 20 years. Nowadays I teach martial arts, and I'm a personal trainer, a life coach, and a nutritionist. I code, and create mods for PC games sometimes. I am naturally athletic.
