Hi... Myself As: Hi there 👋, My name is Laura and I'm looking for someone who loves this land and all animals as much as I do. My working background is in Canine Behaviour and training but I have transitioned into working with horses as a "barefoot trimmer" over the last few years. I'll be doing my diploma in Equine Podiotherapy in the new year in order to then specialise in curing laminitis and founder in horses. I love getting out bush with the bare basics, with my dogs, for days at a time when possible and will never turn down a good road trip! ( I love to drive and have the ability to work on my own vehicle) I do pilates to keep fit and have an active lifestyle generally speaking with a bit of meditation daily to keep some calming balance. Staying social and catching up with friends regularly for a good meal or some live music is important to me but I value my downtime as well. Having quiet days off at home, getting to read a good book, potting around the garden, playing guitar or doing some art/craft/sewing is also something I enjoy too 😀 The qualities in people that I hold in the highest regard are definitely a good sense of humour-with the ability to laugh at one's self, strength of character, the ability to be open and honest in life and in conversation, a non judgemental outlook and attitude, and an empathetic approach. None of us are perfect but I believe that it's not hard to leave a positive mark in this world :)
