I've been into photography for quite a few years now. I'll post a few of my nature images and 1 of a friends daughter.
It's not letting me post these. I have no clue why? What does everyone use to post photo's? |

Christmas Shopping
|
|
I started most of mine after christmas time last year. I have done a little here and a little there as I find things that all the kids I need to buy for would like. As for family I only buy for my mom, brother, his GF and my uncle. This year I will add my neighbor into the Mix.
All in all I believe I have 1 person to buy something for then i am completely done. Although I am sure I will find something else for my niece or someone else. |

I called that a Cleancation.... Which means I stay home and look around and end up cleaning the whole time. My place looks great, but I'm not rested at all!! What I will be doing for the Next week. With having no money and being forced to take the week off without pay. I don't have much else to do. I can say that by the time I am done my house will be SPOTLESS. And everything will be re-arranged. |

I will be doing nothing. My mom has to work till at elast 4 pm. and my brother, his girlfriend and my niece will be at my brothers girlfriends grandmas house all day. So it leaves me home alone with nothing to do.
I have already started in on the chocolate dipped peeps. and the jelly beans. |

Play with vanilla pudding. You can add food coloring to make it pretty. but just put some on the table and let the kids "draw" shapes, letters and numbers with their fingers. Cocolate pudding or any kind of pudding works just as well. It also works with shaving cream. I tend to use pudding or whipped cream with theyounger kids.
Let kids play with cookie dough (like it was playdough) Make a cookie dough but do NOT add the eggs. Mix it together and let kids have fun making shapes and such with it. You can eat it. Or peanut butter playdough. In winter time When it is way to cold to go outside. Bring the snow inside. get a bucket and put some snow in it. let kids use cars and truchs or other toys. And let them play. A word to the wise put a towel under the bucket. Hollow Eggs - take raw eggs and poke a hole in the top and bottom of the egg. make one hole a little bigger. Blow on the end that has the saller hole and Blow the egg out of the shell. being careul not to suck in the raw egg or to break the egg. Once the egg is all out. Rinse it with water you can soak it in wate or just run water through the holes. set aside till completely dry. Once completely dry Coat it with glue then in glitter. Let dry. then you can eithr glue a ribbon to it so it can be hung up or wraped in plastic wrap to give to someone special. Thats all I can think of off the top of my head. I have a ton of activities. A lot of craft projects. I used to work in a daycare and now as a nanny. |
