I couldn't stop thinking about the most famous traditional dessert in Pakistan,Kheer,a rice pudding combined with the assortment of nuts such as pistachios(my fave),cashews and almonds.The added saffron and cardamom gives some more allure to it's tinge taste. Thinking that sounds awesome. I have to try it sometime. I wonder if the Afghan restaurant near me might have it... It tastes awesome,action.Highly recommended "a must try.The nuts perfectly blends well with the pudding...yum..yum...this,normally a staple in every middle-eastern cuisine.

Better, the altitude sickness is starting to subside , which is helping me feel better emotionally as well. ((((River))))...i can't send you a pm! Hope you're doing fine now? Thanks Cali I almost made it through my shift at work, so it's getting a little better. Each day should be a little better as I acclimate to the altitude. When I'm feeling sick and am over tired I tend to be overly emotional.
