The best advice I can give you is to exercise plenty of caution. The internet is a magical place. Things are often not as they appear. Welcome and good luck!

For the record, the US health care ranks 37th among countries: http://www.photius.com/rankings/healthranks.html

Check it out for yourself.

People who oppose health care reform just don't understand what's going on. I have friends in Canada and a sister in England. They freely admit that their nationalized health care systems aren't perfect, but state emphatically that they're much better than ours her in the US--which, by the way, is NOT the best in the world.

Only the ignorant want the American health care system to remain as it was before Obama and supporters changed it. In fact, many of us won't be happy until the US adopts nationalized health care. And just so there won't be any incorrect assumptions, I have what is currently considered excellent health insurance. It's expensive and it still sucks.

Nationalized health care is way past due in the US. All of the other civilized countries in the world have had it for years.

I'm not entirely happy with the Obama Presidency, but it's WAY better than the alternative. He and the Democrats will have my vote in 2012.

I remember this word well. It was on a 7th grade spelling test, the longest word in the dictionary at that time.

The doctrine or political position that opposes the withdrawal of state recognition of an established church; - used especially concerning the Anglican Church in England. Opposed to disestablishmentarianism.

Now you know. :)

The bulk of our universe is composed of dark matter so it's definitely consequential.

Certainly makes one question the wisdom of the death penalty being used on anyone, doesn't it?

I'm not fond of the term "senior citizen" or even "senior." How do you feel about it? I'm sure that a lot of kids resent being called "junior" and this is how I feel about being tagged and labeled a "senior."

I don't like the label, but I do like the discounts.

This article confirms what I've believed for years now. The United States IS morally banktupt, a modern Roman Empire on the brink of self-destruction. A country that advocates reducing the income of the aged and poor while increasing that of the obscenely weathy doesn't deserve the support of its citizens.

Cute girl, excellent pianist, and seems to be hitting all the right notes in her singing. Hard to ask for more.

The deleted files are still there, but you have to recover them before you overwrite them. You need a program to restore your "permanently" deleted files. Might check cnet.com to see what they suggest. Good luck!
