I find that I meet people who have lied or are not sincere that I usually didn't go with my gut or first instincts about someone.

I get to know as much as possible about someone through chat and a quick coffee of 30 minutes and NEVER expect anything.

You can't be disappointed if you just meet for coffee and have no expectations.

Everyone does not lie.

I have met and dated sincere non liars..they still weren't for me.

I adore my Bassett, she is my 3rd rescue hound and is calm but playful.
They are not lazy unless you let them get fat.

Entertaining and funny as heck. Loyal and loving. They have a bad rep for being stubborn, but they are extremely smart and easy to train because they want to please. Will put up with kids poking them.

Downside, they shed and you must be ready to vacuum.

A Chow/ Bassett mix was the greatest companion I ever had hands down.

Sugar is Satan... that includes beer, breads, any processed grains because they contribute to belly fat.

I find omega 3 Flax oil helps keep it low(pinch an inch).

I used to be a slave to sit ups but found out they only made me bigger in the middle.. building muscle, not really getting rid of fat. My experience has been adding healthy fat is important when it comes to getting rid of belly fat.

Other than lipo..I can't go there.
