Stay unless she's a lawyer. She looks like a lawyer or doctor. I can't tell

For starters, crab bisque with cheddar bay biscuits. Entree is fried catfish with Cole slaw and green beans. And for dessert, french silk chocolate pie

Eat my shorts

Good luck with your search. I feel like theres always some kind of drama entailed with dating nowadays. But it all depends on how much you're willing to handle. I've dated all kinds of women and found out the love of my life was a drug addict. And I got upset about that, said a few things I didn't mean and now she'll never talk to me again. I gave up being with an amazing woman to be with her. And now, a woman I met online just canceled our date which was scheduled for today. So, I think sometimes I'm better off by myself. I ordered a kayak that's supposed to be here monday, so I'm going to be like the sailor in the song Brandy and make my life, my lover, my lady the river (not the sea, I wouldn't dare take my kayak on the sea).

Thanks for reading my poem blondey111. I tried to make it like edgar Alan Poe's the raven, but more along the lines of the current pandemic (the winged beast is the bat that supposedly caused the coronavirus). I'll definitely try to keep working on it. That was really a first draft and I wanted to write it down while I had it on my mind

Hi Mackie. What did you think of the poem? Was it pretty good?

As a prisoner, so entrapped
In the jail which is my home
In this Purgatory I shall wait
For the sentence still unknown
Will life return to normal
Or does normal still exist?
I think of all the loved ones gone
Who shall be dearly missed.
When will this be over, what more shall we lose?
I ponder as I watch the dismal nightly news
The doorbell rings, my heart skips a beat
Who could it be at this time of night?
The curfew has been strictly enforced
Something is not quite right
Terrified of what might be
Awaiting for me just outside
Perhaps bad news of my beloved
Sick in a hospital bed tonight
As I look outside, I notice
A creature like a bird
Small in stature, Menacing
A mammal, not feathered
Like the fiery pits of hell
Its eyes all ablaze
A vile, wicked demon
In need of a place to stay
Be gone, foul beast I shout
For you are not welcome here
Perched upon the front porch banister
It mockingly seems to sneer
This creature has caused the deaths
Of many an innocent boy and girl
A blight upon our nation
A curse upon our world
And this horrid, winged beast
Is still looking for a place to stay
How long it shall linger?
No one can actually say
