At 17 and 3/4 I inlisted in the military.
I wanted to fly Helo's. I ended up a heavy equipment operator and mechanic, as they had a 6 yr waiting list for flight school. In my 50's now, havn't flown a Helo yet. I WANNA FLY HELO'S!!!!!!!

An Oldie....but a goodie....... Some of you might remember me from JSH and Original Mingle crossover, as Ghostrider2U. But that was 2 PC's and 137 passwords ago, and I can't seem to access my old profile. Sooooo........ I am back under an assumed screenname. I think Judgement only takes place when the "judge" forgets that....They too are .....Human.
If we can stay within ourselves.....remember we are human also... we see a little more clearly. And Hopefully Forgive quickly. Hatred is a natural emotion I choose to avoid. I believe in acceptance and Forgiveness. I prefer NOT to carry anything around in me that is negitive. |

hate the sin and not the sinner seperate the issue from the person , I dont know if these are learned or natural or whether hate is to be honest,,but perhaps its why hate is such a hard emotion for me to grasp I think jealousy is nasty and so is fear, and its even sadder if it turns into hate,,but I think that its also sometimes not as simple as it looks and that there may be other reasons someone develops hatred of an individual who is working hard or performing 'positive' activities thats whats dynamic about hate and love, VERY few people engage only in positive activities,, but sometimes people choose to define others by their negative attributes and activities to the exclusion of ANYTHING positive and other times people choose to define others by the positive attributes and activities to the EXCLUSION of ANYTHING negative but most the time, people just dont know what they are talking about and insist on judging (and hating) STRANGERS they know little about in reality You Hit the nail on the Head.......Hate the sin. We choose to hate....just as we choose to love. If we have a choice....we should choose to hate the sin....not the sinner. We also choose to Forgive easily......Or Not! I for one believe....when we choose Not....we become no better than....They!!!! JMO |
