Just hang out, talk to people on line here and things will happen sooner or later. There's an Instant Message button on most folk's profiles and that's a good way to communicate sometimes. I've been communicating with people in my area and outside the area and when I find someone I'm interested in locally, I ask them out. I find my faith helps too. I've been talking to the Lord about wanting relationships and that helps too. You have to show people respect and then they respect you. That can be difficult for those with a law enforcement perspective sometimes, but I found that respect was key to my two marriages. One ended in divorce (my fault) and one ended when my last wife passed away in 2006. Both relationships would have gone better if I'd been more respectful to my partner. If I'd talked to them nicer, used better manners around them, paid more attention to them, and viewed their reqwests for a kiss as a question about the status of the relationship instead of a duty or a come on or something.
