I miss moonlight walks on the beach, dancing by the light of the stars and making love until dawn. But, wait, Toto! What are you telling me? There are no beaches in KS? Hmmm, must have been a dream.
Sigh . . . I miss a lot of things. Holding hands, stolen kisses, cuddling, locking eyes and sharing that look, etc...but what I miss the most right now would be hugs. The kind of hug that makes you melt, feel secure, makes you tingle inside to know that you are truly loved unconditionally and nothing else matters in the world. I wonder, too, if that was only a figment of my imagination, too. |

That is one of the good things about Mingle. It can also be annoying, irritating, juvenile, thought provoking, therapeutic, a lifeline, etc. The top of the list is definitely addictive!

I don't really have a favorite, but here are some I like. I like Zero, Cherry Mash minis, Snickers w/almonds, Peanut M&Ms and there are days when nothing but a Reese peanut butter will do.

Did you ever want to hit "yes" on every one of them just to see what happens?
Do they stay in your mutual match box forever and a day waiting for one of you to contact the other? Do they get the match on their end and "deactivate"? Do they contact you and interrogate you while going down their checklist of what they will and will not tolerate? Do you wish there was a "never mind" or a "hel! no" button? Do you think "maybe" and then say, "no" . . what would they see in me? Do you think "maybe" and think "what was I thinking" ... too late to unclick? I have only used the mutual match feature a few times. Received them and sent them. I usually just delete them now. But, occasionally I see one that gets me thinking. |
