I think the perfect hours for me would be 10-6.........monday to friday. Or even better.......work 2 have 4 off??? 
cut backs have forced me to off shift!! it was 7-3 and before that we worked 12 hr days 3 days one week and 4 off then work days and 3 off..it was nice

I don't want to attract any unwanted attention to my position!!! cause nobody actually has figured what it is that do! Including me!!! I figure if I keep making my rounds telling everyone what a great job they are doing... no one will ever give it any thought!!

I just take the over the counter ones......Sleepe Eze.....I will be knocked out in about 14 minutes......PRECISELY!!!
I take prescription "Temazpam" takes about an hour but I sleep like a log and wake up refreshed!!!
That exactly what these are for...they slow your brain down!!! I take as needed also |

I have trouble winding down..I hate my shift...3-11  I dont do sleeping pills often but Ive only had about 4 hours sleep in 2 days because all of this stuff worrying me.....
