I started today off declaring that I was FREEZING By 10:00 am, I was struggling to remove my cardigan while talking on the phone to an insurance company, everything got caught in my headset, and I think I ripped out a patch of hair. The whole incident ended with me nearly knocking my whole chair over with all the twentysomethings I sit with staring at me as if I lost my mind 11:00 am, the cardigan is back on, and my feet feel like icicles, I swear 12:45 pm, I am in the ladies room splashing water on my face, neck and throat because I feel like I am on fire

Awh...these days, I am always working to get a patient approved for a surgery, or scan. It's just getting harder and harder.
