Coffee doesn't bother me as far as flashes go. OMG!!! I woke about 3 am this morning with a flash/night sweat. It was like I couldn't cool down. Had the fan on full blast. Stripped my night shirt off and still it seemed like it was forever before I finally cooled off to get back to sleep.

May have to email her to find out. This is driving me nuts at times. Haven't had a period in like 6 years but just in the last 2 years the severe flashes seem to be getting more frequent. |

My last period was in about '98 and I have been blessed(?), because, even though I have severe flashes, they are few and between.
