I'm wheeezing........ I hate asthma...... an ya I'm tryin not to smoke .... but I have too , its not helpin the asthma either an I dont have the energy to get a drink with straw.....so tired

i JUST had the best salad......mixed greens with raddichio, cukes, yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes......with balsamic vinagarette......

I dont know why i went to the store after the dentist and I bought CHOW MIEN that was kind of a DUMB IDEA!! I couldnt think straight I wish I had pudding or jello
