I have had a serious hankering for a male friend of mine going on two years. Does any one have any idea how I can get over him when I keep comparing every guy that I meet to him?

not really, I have no idea about how to get over someone you think is the "be all, end all". Just pretend he kills baby goats..that might work.

Yeah, careful there. For some people, it can work out fantastic, but if it doesn't, the friendship is never the same afterwards.

I know its though to forget someone. I've been trying as well and so far I'm ending alone so try your best and look what's different not the same.

Well he says that he doesn't like younger women and we are at that point in are friendship where we even talk about liking other people. I have tried to flirt I'm just bad at it.
