Topic: Vacation in San Fransisco!

Hello all! I'm from Las Vegas Nevada and I've never been to San Fransisco! I'm going there on my vacation in 2 weeks. Finding a place to re-locate at the end of the year. Would it be any trouble if anyone of you can tell me about San Fran and if it would be a good choice? Are you all happy with San Fran?

The outskirts are cheaper, and quieter. I hope it helps.

Well, I'm a chef here in Vegas so I'm also checkn out the job market there. Lot's of jobs?

I'm not sure, I'll bet there is. I used to live in Sac, and go to San Fran every now and then. I just remember it was cheaper and quieter to go to the outskirts. Sorry.

Don't be sorry!!!LOL. I have a great career so money wouldn't be a real issue. I just don't know much about it. But I am going to be there Feb. 15 this year for 2 weeks!! Just want to get a head start with some natives that can guide me in a direction. Not only do I need to check out the food scene but I'm also a musician. Soooo I'm also checkn out that scene as well!!

If high rent,no parking and sometimes not friendly people is ok with you, San francisco is perfect place for you.
