Midlife crisis....I told my daughter I was thinking about getting my ear pierced,
 you know with just a stud ! and she said ' your just going through a midlife crisis dad ' .... I did not tell her I was getting a tattoo also....so what you think ? ever get told your going through a midlife crisis.....obviously this is for us middle aged and older folks

I don't think it is a midlife crisis at all. I got my first tattoo at 47 and my second one at 48. I think it just took me that long to make up my mind. I really liked them and it was not a hasty decision.

I love tats, I have 6, and the other day I asked my son was he going to get a tat when he gets old enough too, and he said no, because when you get older it looks sickning with wrinkled skin, I almost knocked him out of the truck, j/k, but seriously, if you want one, I say go for it!

I have my arm sleeved and random other tattoos, I never went the ear piercing route, just a weakness in a fight, but I do have advise on tats, if its your first one, don't get a harly or a skull
