My stepfather, my cousin, my sister. I have an increased chance of completing suicide because I sufer from bpd. I have twelve attempts under my belt but the new meds seem to be working. ive had about 30 or more attempts. only one did i had to be resusicated and put me on a ventalor in itu for a week. they told my parents i had a 50/50 chance of living the next 2 hours after i stopped breathing. ive got depression, bpd, anxiety, impulsiveness blah blah the list goes on. Sonds like we are in the same boat. bpd and extremely agressive behavior yes, my depression is bad, my anxiety and panic attacks are the worst, but the valuim helps, has for the bpd, they said thats bad, ive also got ocd, but the valuim has helped that to. the fact im so impulsive is the main dangerous thing with me, i dont think or tell anyone, i just do it. |

you here a lot of tenngers commiting suicide, i dont know why?? is it the stress thats put on teenagers these days, i dont know? I have a feeling it has more to do with the deterioation of stable enviroments for kids. Home many kids have moved or been through divorcing parents? |

Home many kids have moved or been through divorcing parents? yes, your right and to me children dont have a child hood anymore, teengers all want to be stick thin like they see models in magazines, and all that doesnt help either. |

That and without the stability or with parental pressures it really is life or death when someone breaks up or they fail a test

I just wish parents would understand and we would give children more stability. my neice is only 6, shes like a baby to me, and shes going to school and she hates it, and i feel like saying dont let her go, but i cant. they dont give children a child hood, its exams and more exams, i feel like saying give these kids a break and a life. |
