It appears that i have said some things in a thread that he has taken offense to and believes it was name calling. I will say right here and now that I don't think "he" is a grandpa, relic, toddler, spook, and will actually burn below.

The term grandpa was a reference to John Mc Cain. That I believe his war mongering ways are a kin to "some" men that feel the need to dominated. The entire phrase I used was "keep it in your pants grandpa."

I was using the word "relic" as a metaphor. In the sense that eye for an eye justice is in my opinion antiquited. In reference again to the concept that diplomacy is a "naive " and fruitless endeavor because it rarely works. I would argue that it is rarely given a change to work because it is so much easier for people to use their baser instincts than their brains and compromise.

Again the phrase "You people are like toddlers", was clearly a metaphor and the "you people" I believe clearly shows that it was not directed solely to Crickstrego. Obviously I don't believe for a moment that anyone one this thread it a toddler.

I do take full responsibility for calling him a "spook", that was wrong. I did not understand that post he made was from the communist party. I was inferring that it is very covert, then someone doesn't post a picture.

As for the "burn below", It was prefaced with the word "if",. therefore since he did none of the things that were in the post then he won't burn below.

For here on out I will try not to use metaphors and if i am calling someone a name I was direct it directly at them.

English language is a rich and expressive language.
It requires no derogatory terms to actually prove a point. The language provides for people involved in debates to make such a mincemeat of the oppositions manhood that the opposition would not know how to collect it of the floor without embarrassment.

Additionally if the debate is done by sticking to the facts only without personalizing the statements there would be no need to come back and clear up confusion.

So many times I have witnessed discussions turn to arguments on this site, which in turn have turned to insults. In my case I have stayed focused sharp witted and ended up having made friends with the oponents.
