Well how you persent yourself is how people are going to see you... From not knowing you and don't take this wrong. Just my opinion from looking at your post. looks like your looking for alot of attention. So if thats not what your looking for and trust me. just because you don't see people on the forum posting. Doesen't mean there not looking...

i always wonder when it says no answer under the relationship category on ones profile... maybe they want to talk to ya on the phone and find out if u are already taken?....... for me im chicken to talk to someone on the phone till i get to know them a bit on here first..... that hasnt happened yet... well not this round.... of being single....cause i have talked to a few people on here that i knew a long time on here... 2 were female and 2 were male....

Do you really think that they are desperate, or its strange, or is it just easier to communicate by phone then by IM or text?? it's wayyy easier to speak on the phone than to IM or email, and you can get a much better idea of who you are speaking with .... eventually... after you give it the magical element of time and wait and look for potential red flags  give them some time..let them prove themselves... wait for their true nature to unfold... you may be pleasantly surprised, that many men just really care and are good guys... not all men or women are scammers... It goes both ways, not gender specific...
