I cheated and didn't wait till friday to find out what happend. I hear that in the christmas special (not sure this christmas or christmas 09) he will regenerate and one of the guys from Full Monty will be the 11th doctor.
I'm hearing confusing things about torchwood. One was that Capt Jack would be leaving. But a more official article stated that he will be doing this 5 episode season three. The most distressing rumor is that it maybe "cleaned" up for a younger audience. I'll totally hate that. It is a really sexy show. I like the level of intensity to the drama. I don't want them to change it. And I don't really want Martha Jones to become a regular. I didn't really like her much. I do hope James Marsters comes back. Love him as an actor. |

Honestly Moondark...Wait until it's official BBC news. The Brits loooooove to throw out all kinds of nonsense just to mess with the viewers.
They are saying Torchwood will be a 5 part mini series...Which totally bites azz. But DW should just be the normal 13. If not...I know where BBC's London office is

I have this terrible problem, I hate the dead time between seasons and spend a lot of time weeding through rumors, so called leaks, people and what not, trying to piece together fact and fiction like a jigsaw puzzle. It keeps me entertained.
Most of the time I don't get so overboard and upset. But the end of the one episode had me so tied up in knots I kinda went on overload..... |

I watched the finale on you tube, because the Sci-Fi channel will cut so much from it to fit within their hour time slot, so they can keep showing the new season of Stargate Atlantis. While i like Stargate, i would rather see the Dr. Who finale in its entirety instead of time condensed.

Yet more research and some official BBC press releases. In 2009, there will be only three specials of Doctor Who. That is confirmed.
The true season 5 will be 2010 and BBC is not confirming if David will be going through 2010 or just up to 2010. Torchwood. The only confirmed info via official press releases is that Capt Jack will still be there and that Gwen is still there and that it will only be a short season. They can't confirm anything else. |
