I do understand everyone's frustration, the jury recommended the death
sentence, but it has to be imposed by the judge. These laws are set up by your elected representatives (that you elect) and the procedures and laws are what the judge's follow. (again you, (sub) (we) elect the law makers). And his rights are protected with the appeal process.... it could be many many years folks!!! |

sweetklp-40 sadly predators can go beyond sick. Having a relative die at
a VERY tender age my family had to endure the loss of the child after her body was stolen from the mortuary, sexually assaulted and then thrown into a dumpster. What did the animal get for all the damage and pain inflicted to our family? 6 months probation and a slap on the wrist.
