Here are my thoughts........a healthy mind heals the body. Positive thoughts.......positive energy creates positive ........ya I know......hard to contemplate. But here is an exercize..........wake up tomorrow........with nothing but positive thoughts!!! and smile............its hard to do sometimes but it works............
