i know this is goin to be a silly topic to talk about but my shoulder has been killing me, and the doctor says it is inflammed. i havent had any sleep in like 3 or 4 days b/c of the pain, ive taken aleve and ibprophen(how ever u spell that), and icy hott. does anyone know how to get rid of the pain?

try this.. 10 min cold pack 10 min hot pack due this for a 1/2 hour then nothing for 1/2 hour repeat see is this helps..

or try 2 tyenol and one ibuprofin together

get ur hands on some pot.... you dont need alot, but it takes your mind off of the pain completely, and you will have no trouble falling asleep... allow yourself about an hour before you want to go to bed

SOAK IN REALLY HOT WATER WITH EPSOM SALTS ,MY KNEE REALLY ACTS UP SOMETIMES AND I FOUND THAT WORKED AWSOME, I FEEL YUR PAIN XO

les, i know what you are feeling.. i have arthritis, bursitis, a bone spur and tendinitis and something else in my right shoulder. i'm going thru physical therapy and have gotten a cortisone shot. but definitely follow what lazyj said. it should help alot.
