When someones tries to IM me the little box that should show someone wants to IM will not show up. I don't get it. It worked fine on JSH.

Have you changed your machine's security settings (e.g., enabled a pop-up blocker) recently? The Mingle2 IM is identical to the one that was used on JSH.
