It's all well and good to say you wouldn't start dating a big girl..so, what do ya do when the lady your dating, who sucked you in with her killer body starts gaining..?? when you've fallen in love with the flat tummy and the trim thighs...and all the sudden she starts to jiggle when she giggles...does the love and emotion just melt away?

A person's worth to another person is not related to what they look like at all.

We have been brainwashed to believe it is important but when it comes down to brass tacks, you will do better with someone who is really down for YOU instead of being down for themselves, know what I mean?

Full body pics are better if you really want to meet each other. The image coming off the plane will not be so distorted. Theres no use hiding anything..It just makes you look dishonest if the weight is covered up till you meet!!!

Not just guys are looking at the outside. Women are just as guilty. Physical attraction has to be there. It does not mean skinny or whatever. but you must feel a physical attraction.

How many women on here would have really dated lets say George Castanza from TV. Not many I bet.

Just dont be fake and post pics from 10 years ago, when you were thinner, or brunette and etc.

Post a good quality pic of yourself so as to be able to see what you look like. Dont be ashamed of who you are.

I dont really agree with what some on here have said but dont bash them for their tastes or lack of ability to communicate their intensions intelligently.

I used to hike a marathon (okay, average of 30 miles. A marathon is roughly 26) through the woods every day- running trail maintenance, I rock climb, mountain bike, wake board, hike and camp... It's not about image. I have enough of a hard time finding people toned enough to keep up, much less a "fat chick" who wants to climb boulder vert 60+' and rappel down.

It's easy to say Hollywood screwed the collective pooch by making skinny a near litmus test for desirability but it's been around before film, in the 1800's, intestinal worms were sold as diet aids and... need we mention the corset?
