People should be able to drink anytime, except driving-BAD idea. I will never argue there. I have called PD on people drunk coming into the store, then getting behind the wheel. I couldn't live with myself if I found out something had happened after they left.

I think we need a country-wide law. To get behind the wheel of a vehicle you need to know how to pump gas. Sorry I work at a gas station and it never ceases to amaze me how many people don't.
