For all those who cut and paste...

Here read all this jibberish! I didn't write it, only read the first couple of sentences, but felt like everyone should nread it!

(1)A court decision in Ontario is reviewed that acquitted a man of sexual assault charges because he suffers from "Sexsomnia" and was, as he claims, asleep at the time of the incident.

The Attorney General, which oversees the province's prosecution system, said it needs to research its options for an appeal because of the strange circumstances of the case.

"This matter will be carefully considered to determine our next steps," said Brendan Crawley, an Attorney General spokesman. Jan Luedecke (33) was acquitted of sexual assault charges because he said he was asleep during the sexual incident.

A sleep expert testified that Luedecke suffers from a Sexsomnia disorder -- involuntary sexual behavior during sleep -- which he had experienced before.

The court learned that Luedecke and the female victim met at a party. She testified to have fallen asleep and woke up to find Luedecke having sex with her. She pushed him away to call the police.

Luedecke confessed to police after he discovered was still wearing a condom and realized he had had sex. The media reported that the woman left the courtroom in tears when the verdict was read. She later said that she would take the case to the highest court possible.

(2)A Chinese man who repeatedly broke into the neighbors home he loved secretly, at one point sneaking out with a bra and some photos, has been let off the hook by a Chinese court.

The man confessed to breaking into the woman's home multiple times, including once while she was sleeping, though he had fled as soon as she woke up said. Police caught him red-handed when walking out of the neighbor's apartment with a key to her door, a bra, two photographs and her MP3 player, the report on Xinhua's English Web site, www.chinaview.cn, said.

But the court dismissed harassment charges against the burglar. It heard that on the times he entered the woman's apartment while she was out, he had washed her dishes, done her laundry, left her snacks and even fixed her computer.

"(The man) said he loved her secretly, but couldn't muster up enough courage to speak to her. He placed a bet with his roommate that he would win her heart," Xinhua said, citing a report in the Shenzhen Daily.

He once planted a note in the apartment reading: "Don't panic. I hope you can understand my feelings for you."

He also told the court he swiped the woman's MP3 player because it was in need of repair, but admitted he "took her bra and photos out of love for her."

(3)A 71-year-old man who went outside in the rain to pick up the Sunday newspaper plunged into a cesspool in his front yard, and his son and neighbor were sucked in when they tried to help.

A Long Island man said the soggy ground, soaked by two days of rain, gave way outside his home: "I walked across the lawn, and all of a sudden I disappeared."

He yelled to his wife for help, and she threw a rope and called their son, who lives with them. The son said the scene "was like a horror picture."

A neighbor who heard the commotion ran over to help — but the ground gave way again, swallowing him and the son. The neighbor crawled out and passers-by tried to hold onto the others until the Huntington Fire Department arrived.

Firefighters secured the ground, lassoed the man and his son and dragged them out.

It's not the first time a cesspool — a pit that collects waste from toilets and sinks — has swallowed someone in Huntington.

In 2001, a man practicing archery in the backyard with his two children died when his cesspool caved in and consumed him. And in 1998, a Huntington Station man was rescued after he fell 65 feet into one.
