I just had a conversation with a fellow Mingler about a controversial thread. This person brought up the idea that it almost seemed like a cheap way to get ideas for a thesis or something. I don't have a problem with that, But if someone is using the threads in this way, Don't you think they should be straight up about it? Now, Talk amongst yourselves....  Thats exactly what Ive done Ive based several papers on this site

A social experiment.
 This site is a perfect example of the phenomenon of "electronic communities". I have found that Mingle2 is the perfect site for a study of electronic community.
I think you could be onto something there. An electronic community.... Thats the sociological term for what this site is.
