i figured this would confuse some people.
what i'm saying is (technicly) the way God made it, is that if a girl is old enough for menstral cycle, she's old enough for sex.
But society has changed since creation, and this is frownd apon.
I don't shag young girls.
I was just giving a literal answer to the question.
