The American people really don’t want the ideology and partisanship of Washington, Frank Luntz tells Fox News.

The author of Words that Work says the American people still believe in the free market system. Luntz said, “they believe very much that small business owners and entrepreneurs can do a better job than Wall Street CEO’s and members of Congress in guiding the economy for the future.”

He goes on to say neither Barack Obama or John McCain is doing a good job in addressing the economy.

Frank then has to eat his words from earlier in the year as he tells Fox News that while speaking on the floor of Congress Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) has the “highest, best, quickest test results.”

“Ron Paul did a perfect analysis [on the economy] which says the problem came from Washington interference. From the lack of transparency. From the lack of accountability. And Ron Paul’s message is a message that transcended politics.” Said Luntz.
