i know for a fact im using the same name an password an it lets me sign in on the computer but i type the same name an pass on my cell phone an it wont let me.it keeps saying incorrect pass or name...what can i do?

I have the same problem you do...I was able to get on before it turned to Mingle but now I cant..I thought it was my phone co, so I tried it on my kids phone and nothing...I think we have to go to tech support on here to solve this one

I'm afraid I don't know why you guys are not able to log into your Mingle2 accounts on your respective phones. We don't support phone use, but we will make a note of these troubles for the future (in case we do support phone use).
