Next to where it says mail it has the little (1 new) thing but then when I go to my inbox it says I have no messages somebody tell me whats going on there

my notification just disappeared.....

Mine did that also...but I replied to the last one that I received with a message of "OK", just to make it simple...and it took away the alert of (1) unread mail...even though I had read it. Go figure...maybe it will work for you.

I have the same thing happening too and can't find a "help" button to ask someone what's going on. I have 3 check makrs saying "replied" and one guy I'm really interested in. It also says "he wants to meet me on Mingle2" but I can't figure out how to do that either?
I'm new here so any help would be appreciated!

Hi, guys. I'm thinking that this is a caching-related issue (such as the one here: http://mingle2.com/topic/show/178219). In other words, you were seeing an old version of the email page in question. TheresMyFriend's observations point toward this suspicion as well.

As for the check marks you are referring to, those mean that you have replied to those emails in your Inbox. If you are seeing them in your Sent folder, though, it means that the recipient has read it.

alittle different problem, for 3 days they say that they have been doing maintaince on my mail, rest of page is fine.
do you know how i can contact the sight? cant seem to find anything.

Hi, Michelle. Have you tried emptying your browser's cache and deleting your cookies (then logging in again, of course)?
