Can anyone tell me how to open a replied email i press on the check mark but nothing happens

Try double clicking on the title of the email.

Click on the message title underneath "Subject"

Welcome to Mingle2, DenDeee. It sounds like you are referring to the check mark image which signifies that you replied to the email (the one which the check mark is next to, that is).

Correct. If somebody emails you (a reply or otherwise), it will arrive in your Inbox.
