smoked steelhead, with grilled venison, and wild leeks, morrel mushrooms, and ruffed grouse, seasoned with blackened seasonings, and for desert, dried cherries covered in dark chocolate.


you can appreciate this coming from michigan's platte river area.

i came up with 60 meat dishes 4 christmas. i cook alot so i can experiment different flavors. my fave is terryoki turky and fried rice.
