work out hard!
I work 15 hrs/day Other ideas? I didnt say work darling, I said work out....like actually break a sweat, exercise, sexercise, jog, run, etc..
Ahhhh! endorphins... nature's little mood changers....
you guys down under seem to have a lot of it, you are just a happy bunch!

...When I'm down, I'll say a little prayer, then go work out for a couple hours. Works like a charm.
