Reaching Within

I see your heart weary
With growing unrest
Tear stricken eyes
With a faint pulse
From your chest.

The trembles have caught you
And bundled your nerves,
Your pain growing deeply
Along with your hurt.

Wounded and seething,
Revenge sounds so nice,
What have you to gain
But feeding your strife?

Close your eyes now
And heal your unrest,
Let your tears wash away
Your darkened request.

Quicken your call
To the nature of light,
Finding those memories
Where things seemed so right.

Nothing cures pain
They say cept for time,
And only then
Does it ever subside.

Find strength in your friendships
As care will unfold
Don't hide from the darkness
As you have been told.

Find knowlege through peace
While your hurts tend to wane,
Lay gentle in rest,
Don't give to a blame.

Wise is the person
Finding the strength to forgive
And strong is the person
Whom finds their passion to live.
