I just found out im allergic to gluten (which is almost everything)! anybody have any ideas for a gluten-free college student!

go to any health food store.....I'll warn ya its not cheap!! many dishes can be made, just plan your meals

I saw a show on tv not long ago "we mean business" where they did a make over to restructure a small family business that was a 100% gluten free bakery. You might find some help/direction on their website. thesensitivebaker.com best of luck :)

I have a few dessert recipes that I had to come up with for some customers I had, I'm not sure how partial you are to chocolate though. As far as cooking goes, gluten free meals are pretty easy to do, eating out shouldn't be too much of a problem either, although protien is going to become your best friend.
